The Blue Tiger Review hopes to give high school and undergraduate second language writers a place to publish, read, and collaborate on creative writing in English, and to promote a public awareness of the excellent writers being done both at the Joint Institute and other quality institutions around the world.
The Blue Tiger Review is published with the help of the faculty and students at the UM-SJTU Joint Institute. While primarily an engineering college, the Joint Institute believes in fostering all aspects of our students’ potential, and we continue to highlight the excellent work done by our students and continue to reach out into the community and help other students develop their talents as well.
